He has over 15 years of experience teaching organizational leadership, psychology, business communication, organizational behavior, and management.
As a Leadership Development & Learning Consultant with The Peerman Group, he partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance, drawing on his expertise in psychology and professional experience in applied research, program evaluation, nonprofit leadership, manufacturing, and higher education.
